Account Management Team
Incapable of turning down a challenge (which is both a blessing and a curse). Working in customer facing roles for the last 13 years has helped me truly hone in on my people centric nature.
Fun fact: I LOVE to bake! I even made my own wedding cake! I am an old woman at heart and will send you home with sweets even if you protest against it.
I worked in a direct patient care role for 9 years as an X-Ray Tech and Radiation Therapist. Then, I got my MBA at the University of Utah and started to nerd out on business-specific topics like economics, operations, finance, etc.
Fun fact: I have played the drums for 20+ years!
My mother is a nurse and I remember going to nursing school with her. Growing up, I had an inside look at the life of a nurse and I believe that gives me an interesting perspective as to what a nurse is looking for in an assignment and how to perfectly match the needs of the nurse with the needs of the facility.
Fun fact: I am an amateur painter! I spend a lot of my free time painting anything from pop culture references to cats in libraries to dogs on a beach vacation! I just love it!
I worked previously as a lead in both pediatrics and family medicine over the course of 5 years!
Fun fact: I was a D1 athlete (go Beavs!) and swam competitively for 19 years, finally reaching my goal of going to the Olympic Trials.
I'm a staffing pro who used to work in mortgage. I'm all about putting people first and I love approaching my work with a curious and enthusiastic mindset, using my unique point of view to come up with solutions for clients and clinicians alike.
Fun fact: My mom's most used phrase while I was growing up was: "Kayla, put the book down!" To this day, I still regularly read over 100 books a year and have not, in fact, learned how to put the book down.
