Holzer Jackson is looking for an experienced Emergency Medicineprovider.Provider must be available a minimum of 5 shifts a month, preferably 8-10 and ongoing availability 12+ months.Start date
• As soon as credentialed (min 60+ days)Shifts are 8p-8a or 8a-8pPercent (%) of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 17Percent (%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 17%Percent (%) of ED Patients Transferred per Day: Less than 7%Trauma Level/Designation: NoneAnnual volume: 18,527 (15-20/shift per providerTotal Number of Beds: 11Fast track in ED? YesEMR: All Scripts/ParagonWill oversee APP'sED Physician writes orders for AdmissionsDeliveries Sent Directly to Labor DeliveryConsultants Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist / Oncologist Please note:Medical Staff fees will NOT be reimbursedPhysician conversion fee cap $18-$20KAll travel must be booked through OVPNO OT Submission requirements: ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR OR PROVIDER WILL BE REDIRECTEDName clear process is not officially completed by OVP until the client reviews the candidate's full presentation.Provider must be available for nights and weekends
