• 4TH FLOOR Skill Onboarding Details:This position is part of a team that supports the temporary leadership needs of the Tenet Healthcare organization. You will be asked to support those needs in any market in which Tenet operates. You will be expected to follow the policies and protocols of the assigned facility or follow the directions of your on site supervisor. You will also work with an offsite TRA contact to act as your guide and support you on your assignments.

· One Submission per candidate: Only submit to one order at a time with a completed profile that includes an AMN Cover Letter. This must have the correct start date as well as most up to date requested time off.
· Files are reviewed within 4 hours of submission, so please do not email when you have submitted the traveler
· Please help us reduce email volume!
· Encourage your clinicians to take the VA as soon as it is sent. No need to follow up once it is completed as we are notified once the VA has been reviewed by our clinical team.
· Notify us ASAP if you are aware that a clinician will have a hit come up on the background report.

• Virtual Interview has been sent but not completed by the traveler
· Interviewing
• the Virtual Interview is complete, and the Account Manager is reviewing for an offer or screening to the facility
· Client Offered
• your traveler officially has the offer, and the offer details are in your email inbox :)
· Check ShiftWise for extension updates rather than email. All extensions require Tenet Home Office two step approval before they can be confirmed in ShiftWise. You will see it available for your approval once Tenet has approved!
· After the initial rate request, the Account Managers will update you as soon as it is approved or declined, we will let you know immediately! Follow up emails are not needed
· If your clinician is no longer available/interested, it is your responsibility to remove them from ShiftWise
· Confirmations: Please double check all details before returning to the Account Manager as a PDF and always send the profile with the confirmation.
