Full Job Description:
• Number of Staff 5 PT s, 2 OT s, 1 COTA, 1 SLP Type of staff: Day Shift Day shift 8-5 rotate weekends Night Shift
• Patient Ratios Mostly outpt with help in acute from time to time. Pts are every 45 minutes in outpt so 10 pts a day. Type of equipment nustep , recumbent bike, treadmill, shuttle, etc EMR redoc and meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Outpt and acute physical therapy Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Able to see some pediatrics from time to time List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Eval and treat outpt PT patients Eval and treat acute PT pts Best personality Fit: Easy going, friendly, small town, family feel REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: PT license, CPR Floating Area ( s ) : Acute , outpt Dress Code : Scrub Color /Attire
• Olive green tops and black bottoms Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines .
