Unit Notes:Must have hospital inpatient experience
• Unit: PT
• # patients treated per day: 9-10 per day; 23-24 units of service
• Certifications: BLS
• EMR: Cerner
• Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA: Yes
• Weekend Requirement: Inpatient requires rotating weekends
• Holidays: 2 our of the 3 major holidays
• Scrub Color/Uniform: Burgundy
• Outpatient and Inpatient: Both
• Shifts: 8 hour days
• What areas are they required to cover: Outpatient: General Medical, some Neuro, Chronic Pain; Inpatient: Small ortho population, high volume of general, diabetes
• Floor specific orientation: 1-2 days
• Additional Notes: Must be comfortable with ICU; early mobility
Cancellation Policy:Hospital may cancel up to 3 times per contract. Each cancellation could be a full shift or any part of a shift. (Hospital may also pay full hours for a particular shift, in lieu of cancellation).
