Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 3x throughout a 13-week assignment Productivity points & standards for PT: 27 points for a 40 hour week with each visit weighted differently. Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate. IRS standard mileage rate is 65.5 cents per mile. • Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Submittals:Low Submittal Details: #Tier2 Travel ComplianceCompliance document deadline is two Friday s before starting (10 days prior to start).RTO:RTO Restrictions: Client prefers that travelers only request one holiday bundle max (holiday bundles include: Block 1: 11/23 & 11/24 ; Block 2: 12/25 & 12/25 ; Block 3: 12/31 & 1/1 ; however if the traveler requires more than this, RTO will be requested upon offer. No RTO can be requested during the first 7 days of the contract or on the last day of the contract.If traveler can cut their RTO down to just 7 days or less for all units (except for PCU, which is RTO 10 days or less), and there are no major holidays included, then AM can automatically approve RTO without asking the client and speed up the offer process. Please encourage clinician to cut RTO down to 7 days or less to speed up process if possible. Otherwise RTO will be requested upon offer.Marketing submissions: Facility will NOT accept marketing submissions, even if they are a return traveler and the unit manager reached out to them and asked them to return. Please pay attention to NOVA and only submit over once you see a need open up.75 mileage radius in effect please redirect if clinician lives within 75 miles of facilityLicense can pend at the time of submissionFor all Behavioral Health and related positions: if not yet MOAB certified, traveler will take in-person MOAB certification course as part of orientation during first week.
