All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license. Please indicate the WA license status : Active , in Process or no license on your profile. IF " in process status " Please provide applied date and ETA of issue date Min of 2 years experience required Will take first time travelers EPIC experience highly preferred
• Pending WA license ok to submit Must receive a screen or pass from Aya clinical to be submitted Must be open to floating to other campuses On call rotation
• 8 week days every 4 weeks. One weekend every 4 weeks. Agency has 45 min to report to unit when on call if called in. On call time starts at 5:30pm

• Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Flu Vaccine: Unknown Submittals:High Submittal Details: #Tier3 Travel ComplianceAll candidates who were a previous perm employee of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. No exceptions.Floating: All travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scop of practice if needed. The facility has a designated float team that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm staff. Free LYFT rides are provided to travelers between campuses if requested to float. LYFT information is provided to all travelers during orientation.  All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less.Traveler s refusal to float , may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency.For candidates on 48-hour schedules, OT after 48 hours in a week
