• Deaconess Gateway Contract Length: 8 weeks Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours Primary Location: Deaconess Gateway Hospital Newburgh, IN Shift Requirements: 10 Hour Days 0530-0700 Start time Float Requirements: Floating between both Deaconess Gateway & Deaconess Midtown (Evansville, IN) 8 miles apart. Usually assigned to one campus or the other based on skillset, must be open to both. On Call/Call-Back: as needed Weekend/Holiday: as needed/holidays as scheduled Required Certifications Attached upon Submittal: CST credentials https://www.nbstsa.org/verify-credentials#verify-wrap-scroll ; AHA BLS Minimum Experience: at least 1 year CST in OR Charting/Equipment: EPIC Preferred Unit Specific Skillset: Must have CVOR experience. Neuro, General, Vascular, Trauma. Unit Information: OR 2 campuses. Level II Trauma Center, 30 OR Suites. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates. Scrub Colors: provided COVID Vaccination is required unless medical/religious declination is applicable. Declinations will go through a committee review/approval. GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS:as scheduled INTERVIEW DAYS:Monday;Tuesday;Wednesday;Thursday;Friday INTERVIEW TYPES:Manager Phone Interview;MSP Interview
