N Unit Description Scheduling: EP 3 12 s, 0700 1930; Cath 4 10 s, 0700 1730, emergency call required Shift Hours: 12 Rotation Schedule: Yes Self-Scheduling No Weekend Requirements: Cath Lab Call Call Requirements: Yes Holiday Requirements: Yes Patient Population (Diagnoses): Invasive Cardiac Age Range: 18-100+ Special Equipment: (For example: IV Pumps: Type; Invasive Monitoring; Monitors: Type; ECMO; Ventilators: Type; ABG: Type) OUR EP CVTSs RUN THE STIM PROTOCOLS AND PERFOM CALCULATIONS/ELECTROGRAM MEASURMENTS INDEPENDENTLY, SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE TRAVELER BE ABLE TO FUNCTION IN THIS ROLE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE AND BE ABLE TO PERFORM A COMPLETE EP STUDY INDEPENDENTLY. ADDITIONALLY, THE CVT SHOULD BE WELL VERSED IN THE SET UP OF CARTO, ESI, AND CRYO. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SCRUB ALL PROCEDURES PERFORMED IN THE EP LAB NOT JUST IMPLANT/DEVICE CASES.
