This is the primary and only need I ask travelers to help support. Testing will be both outpatient and inpatient Experience or 'Must have' skills prefer candidates that had Echo as their focus in school; have worked for at least 1 year as a full-time employee in an IAC-accredited Echo Lab; only work as a cardiac sonographer; scan left-handed; have the highest standards for quality imaging and diagnostic output; use the quantification standards and guidelines from ASE; are familiar with Philips EPIQ ultrasound platform Average # of studies per day 5-6 average; max of 7; all studies scheduled for 60 mins EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use EMR: Cerner; and Echo PACS: Syngo Department Specific Equipment No Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech The Echo Lab is not part of Radiology; There is a manager and two Lead Sonographers for the Echo Lab Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants) NA Radiologist in-house Several Cardiologists are on-site every day Do they have to start IV's (if applicable to the department) NA Shifts & Scheduling Monday
