Position Description The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is a graduate of an accredited program AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), maintains a State License as a general radiographer or NMT or has Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) registry. The NMT is responsible for providing timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administering a variety of nuclear isotopes for the purpose of scanning for and detecting pathology, regulating equipment used to scan, and prints, develops and organizes films $95 Bill Rate Shift is Mon-Friday 0730-1600 On Call 1600
• 0700 (split between 3 techs in one week increments) Experience 1 year in a hospital environment Required: Completion of course of study resulting in acquisition of ARRT or NMTCB certification. Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the State of New Mexico Current certification with the ARRT or NMTCB Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required
